Lilies & Butterflies LLC handles returns and exchanges with the purpose of ensuring that each and every one of our customers is completely satisfied. You may return or exchange the item received in the event that an incorrect or damaged item (i.e. style, color, or size) was mailed to you. If the purchased item becomes unavailable, then a refund (in the amount of purchase price) will be provided in the form of a Lilies & Butterflies gift card.
Any exchanges or returns should be brought to our attention via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving the product and the item should be mailed back within 7 days of receiving the product. In your email to us, please make sure to:
- Provide us with the reason for the return;
- Include images of the delivered product; and
- Attach the original purchase receipt with your email.
When packaging your item(s), please keep it similar to how it was sent to you: unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached. Shoes must be returned in their original boxes.
